Ken Slater: Bromley District Cricket Development Manager

Ken is an ECB Level 2 coach, and also a tutor and assessor for the ECB Level 1 and young Leader courses.  He currently plays for and is Chairman at HSBC CC. He founded Bromley District Cricket Coaching in 2004. His roles include; Strategy, Policy, Development, Partnerships, committee representative.

Lynne Hayward: District Development Officer

Lynne has worked for BDCC for the last 3 years. Roles include; Newsletters, course bookings and promotion, facility hire, coach allocation, accounts, district trials and database.

Richard Slater: Project Officer

Richard has worked for BDCC for 6 months, he is an ECB Level 1 coach and has played for HSBC CC. He has achieved a BA (Hons) in Sport Development and Inclusion and is currently studying an MA in Sport Development Management. Roles within BDCC include; Strategy, funding, sponsorship, website and social media.

Andrew Mew: Lead Coach

Andrew has worked for BDCC since 2004, he is an ECB Club Coach and has been coaching for the last 19 years, whilst he has played for Old Dunstonians CC. Andrew hold numerous roles within cricket; Head Coach for OD Cuaco CC, Bromley District Coach U12 & U14 and Manager and Assistant Coach of Kent Boys U12 & U14.

Julian Massiah: Match Manager

Julian has worked for BDCC for the last 6 years, he is an ECB Level 1 coach and plays for BOCA Sports. He has won the Kent Inter-District Cup with both the Bromley U14's in 2008 and U12's in 2010.

Alan Slater: District Lead Coach

Alan has coached at BDCC for the last 5 years, he is an ECB Level 2 qualified coach and currently plays for HSBC CC.

Mark Cook: Lead Coach

Mark has worked for BDCC since 2006, he is an ECB Level 2 Coach. Mark is a one club man, playing for Petts Wood CC up to this current day. He claims that in the 2011 season, the only catches he caught were off his own bowling, with all catches off every one else going down!
